I’ve been eagerly awaiting making a blog about this beautiful wedding that took place at Fairytale Gardens and Weddings located in Madison, ME in early October!! If you’re wanting some ideas for a perfectly done, boho/70’s/western fall-themed wedding, then this gallery is 100% for you. Brooke took a lot of the time leading up to their wedding, DIYing/thrifting their wedding decor. 

From the moment I met Brooke and Joe, I could just feel the love that was radiating between them. If you’ve met the love of your life, then you know the exact feeling that I’m talking about. Brooke is a very talented artist (you should totally go check her out on Instagram @brookenasonmusic, she’s amazing). She met Joe at a gig she was singing at, and they’ve been glued at the hip ever since. 

As Brooke was walking down the aisle, and Joe got his first glimpse of Brooke walking down the aisle, he was moved to tears. His reaction alone was one of the sweetest things I’ve ever witnessed. During their ceremony, they shared some of the most meaningful vows to one another. I swear, when they were reading them to each other, it’s like no one else was in the room.

We definitely need to take a minute to talk about this beautiful venue! Fairytale Gardens and Weddings is a beautiful venue, with its own bridal suite for the ladies, “he shed” for the guys to get ready in, and an extremely rustic barn to hold your reception in. The owner is such an amazing person! She also offers same-day coordination which is always an added bonus for those looking to get help staying organized. One of the best parts of the whole venue is the secret lookout spot that’s about a 5-minute drive from the venue. It offers a scenic overlook with mountains in the background for those nature lovers, and it’s seriously stunning at golden hour. This is definitely a great venue to host your dream barn wedding at.

With all the cancellations and uncertainties, due to Covid spreading, these two created an absolutely amazing day surrounded by their closest friends and family, and it could not have turned out any better than it did.
